1. How to Participate
Click “Register Now” on the event page during the event. After registering, publish original content on Gate Square about stocks, stock ETFs, or related sectors with #GateStockTalkSeason to participate.
Start with a stock you follow and share your observations and insights. Company news, industry developments, investment ideas, trading experiences, or reflections on past views can all inspire your content. Express yourself in your own style, sharing your perspective and the reasoning or experiences behind it.
Gate Square will suggest discussion topics throughout the event. Join a suggested discussion or choose your own topic. Clearly identify the stock by name or ticker, or specify the relevant sector, so readers know what you’re discussing.
2. Event Rewards
Reward 1: Register and Claim Your Stock Voucher
During the event, eligible new and existing users can click “Register Now” on the event page and complete registration to receive a 10 USDT Stock Futures Position Voucher.

Reward 2: New Creators, Get Rewarded for Your First Stock Post
The first 1,000 eligible new Gate Square creators each receive 5 USDT in Stock Trial Funds.
Users with no Gate Square posting history before the event starts can participate by registering during the event, then publishing their first qualifying original stock post with #GateStockTalkSeason.

Claiming Rules: Rewards are allocated by the publication time of each user’s first qualifying stock post, not by review completion time. Rewards are distributed after approval, limited to one per user.
New creator eligibility is determined by historical posting records. Deleting previous posts does not restore eligibility. Users with previous Gate Square posts may still participate in the other three rewards.
Reward 3: Share Quality Insights, Win USDT and Get Featured
During the event, 3 outstanding original creators will be selected daily from that day’s qualifying submissions, based on Gate Square’s quality content evaluation criteria. Winners receive rewards and an official feature for their selected posts.

Selection Criteria: Posts are evaluated on originality, completeness of the argument, analytical value, and genuine engagement, with particular attention to independent thinking, supporting evidence, and useful insights. Engagement is a secondary consideration. Winners are not selected based on correct price predictions, posting volume, or like rankings.
Participation Rules: One valuable original post is enough to qualify; there is no minimum number of posting days. All qualifying posts from the same author may be considered, but each author can win only once per day and may win again on different days.
Reward 4: Talk Stocks Daily for a Chance to Win GT and More
Earn 1 draw entry for each day you publish qualifying content. Gate Square will conduct the draw after the event ends.
After registering, publish at least 1 qualifying original stock post on a calendar day to earn 1 qualifying posting day. After the event, Gate Square will review submissions, calculate each user’s entries based on their qualifying posting days, and conduct a random draw for GT, Stock Trial Funds, Futures Position Vouchers, and Gate merchandise.
No manual draw action is required. Eligible users will be entered automatically.

Each qualifying posting day adds 1 entry, up to 14 entries per user for the entire event. The table shows selected day counts only. For example, posting on 2 qualifying days earns 2 entries, and posting on 6 qualifying days earns 6 entries. There is no need to reach a specific milestone.
Days do not need to be consecutive and do not reset weekly. Multiple posts on the same calendar day count as only 1 qualifying posting day and do not earn additional entries.

The prize pool includes 10 GT, a total of 50 USDT in Stock Trial Funds, Futures Position Vouchers with a total face value of 10,000 USDT, and 1 Gate merchandise prize.

These amounts represent the total event prize pool, not rewards for each participant. Registration gifts, first-post gifts, and quality content awards are distributed separately and do not reduce this prize pool.
Draw Process
After the event and submission review, Gate Square will conduct a random draw based on each user’s eligible entries. Each entry offers a chance to win but does not guarantee a prize. A user may win more than once, with each winning entry receiving one prize from the pool.
3. Terms and Conditions
Eligible Submissions: Only qualifying content published after event registration and within the event period will count. Posts published before the event or before registration do not qualify, even if the required hashtag is added later.
Content Requirements: Posts must be original and include #GateStockTalkSeason. There is no fixed minimum word count, but posts must clearly identify the subject and include specific views, reasoning, or experience. Tag-only posts, link-only posts, screenshots without explanation, unsupported bullish or bearish calls, copied news without personal analysis, and unrelated content do not qualify. Cite the source when using publicly available information and add your own interpretation or analysis.
Participation Dates: Qualifying days are calculated using UTC+8 calendar days, based on the post’s publication time rather than its review completion time. Qualifying content published on the final event day and approved afterward will still count toward that day’s participation and corresponding draw entries, subject to the overall limit of 14 entries per user.
Repetitive Content and Post Availability: Continued coverage of the same asset must include new information, observations, or analysis. Repeated content with only minor changes to dates, names, or wording will not count as additional qualifying submissions or posting days. Posts must remain publicly available until reward verification is complete. Content deleted, made private, or edited so that it no longer qualifies during the review period will not be eligible for rewards.
Combining Rewards and Recipient Limits: Users may participate in all four rewards and receive multiple reward types if eligible. The same qualifying post may count toward more than one reward. The registration gift has no recipient limit and is limited to one per user. First-post and daily quality content award recipient counts are maximums; fewer rewards will be distributed if there are insufficient eligible users. Compatibility with rewards from other events is subject to the applicable event rules.
Winner Announcements and Reward Distribution: Draw results will be displayed on the event page. Daily quality content award winners and selected posts will be announced through the official Gate Square account. All rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends, following eligibility verification and any applicable content review.
Merchandise Claims: Gate merchandise winners must submit the required shipping details within the timeframe specified in the notification. The merchandise item, eligible shipping regions, and claim deadline are subject to the information published on the event page.
Disqualification: Plagiarism, bulk spam posting, multi-account abuse, and other fraudulent behavior will result in cancellation of the relevant participation and reward eligibility. Participation and reward claims are subject to Gate’s applicable account, identity-verification, and regional requirements.
Trial Rewards: Stock Trial Funds, Stock Futures Position Vouchers, and Futures Position Vouchers are different types of benefits and are not equivalent to directly withdrawable cash. Eligible products, usage conditions, validity periods, and settlement rules are subject to the relevant voucher descriptions and event page.
