Gate CFD Feature Update: Industry-First Gold CFD (XAUUSD) Trading 23 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week—Closed Beta Now Open

Gate is the first platform to launch Gold CFD (XAUUSD) trading 23 hours a day, 7 days a week, now available in closed beta to selected clients. Users with closed beta access can trade Gold CFDs during the daily trading hours, including opening and closing positions and managing positions and orders on weekends, giving them more flexibility over when to trade.
The market is closed daily from 05:00 to 06:00 (UTC+8).

Closed Beta Details

• Applicable trading pair: XAUUSD, the Gold/US Dollar Contract for Difference (CFD).
• Trading schedule: 23 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends.
• Daily trading hours: 22:00 to 21:00 the following day (UTC).
• Daily market closure: 21:00–22:00 (UTC). Trading is suspended during this period.
• Availability: The closed beta is currently open to selected clients only. Check your account page for your trading permissions.

This trading hours update applies only to Gold CFDs (XAUUSD). It does not mean that all other CFD instruments support the same schedule. Refer to the relevant instrument page for fees, leverage, margin, and other trading requirements.
