How to Participate and Eligible Markets
Log in to Gate, visit the event page, and register. During the event, trade in designated League of Legends Worlds event markets to complete tasks or compete on the leaderboard. Only valid trades executed after successful registration will count.
Note: Gate Prediction Markets are currently available for trading only on the Gate App. Update to version v8.39.0 or above to join Worlds event markets trading.
Eligible markets include individual game and series winners, BO3 and BO5 series scores, map handicaps and total maps played, qualification for the Swiss Stage, quarterfinals, semifinals, and final, the best-performing region, the overall champion, the finals matchup, and other Worlds event markets designated on the event page. Eligible markets are subject to their actual availability on Gate’s event page.
Activity 1: Worlds First Prediction Reward
During the event, users trading in Gate Prediction Markets for the first time who reach at least 200 USDT in cumulative trading volume in designated Worlds markets will receive a 10 USDT Prediction Markets Voucher.
Limited to the first 4,000 eligible users, with one reward per user. The total prize pool is 40,000 USDT.
Activity 2: Trade to Unlock Tournament Stage Rewards
The event consists of four task periods: the Play-In Stage, Swiss Stage, Knockout Stage, and Final. Trading volume is calculated separately for each stage. Users can claim the highest reward tier they qualify for in that stage.

The combined prize pool across all four stages is 50,000 USDT. Only the highest qualifying reward tier can be claimed for each stage; lower-tier rewards cannot be claimed additionally. Task trading volume resets at the start of each new stage. Stage schedules and eligible markets are subject to the information displayed on the event page.
Note: Trading volume is categorized by the order's placement time for period allocation. For example, Grand Finals orders submitted on October 23, 2026 will have their trading volume counted toward the Swiss Stage period.

Activity 3: Rift Power Leaderboard
Trade in designated Worlds event markets to accumulate Rift Power Points. At the end of the event, users ranked in the top 100 who meet the minimum point requirement for their ranking tier can share a 30,000 USDT Worlds prize pool.
How Rift Power Points Are Calculated
Earn 1 Rift Power Point for every 20 USDT in valid prediction trading volume. Points accumulate throughout the event and do not reset between tournament stages. They apply exclusively to this Worlds leaderboard and do not count toward Gate’s general Prediction Markets points leaderboard.

Calculation and Ranking Rules
Valid Worlds Trading Volume = Yes Buy Volume + No Buy Volume + Secondary-Market Sell Volume. Only valid trades executed in designated League of Legends event markets after registration will count.
Users are ranked by cumulative Rift Power Points in descending order. Ties are broken by cumulative valid trading volume, with the higher volume ranking first. If both are equal, the user who reached the corresponding point total earlier ranks higher.
Users must meet both the ranking requirement and the minimum point threshold for their tier. Users who place within a ranking tier but do not meet its point threshold will not receive that tier’s reward.
Reward for an eligible user ranked 31st–100th = User’s Rift Power Points / Total Rift Power Points of all eligible users in that ranking tier × 8,400 USDT.
If a ranking tier has insufficient eligible users, any undistributed rewards will not be passed down or reallocated.
Rift Power Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed, and will not carry over to other events. Final points, valid trading volume, rankings, and rewards are determined by Gate’s backend records.
Activity 4: Extra Rift Rewards
Champion Predictor Prize Pool
Before the champion prediction market closes, reach at least 100 USDT in cumulative trading volume and hold the winning outcome until settlement. Users who correctly predict the champion and meet these requirements will receive an equal share of the 10,000 USDT Champion Prize Pool.
Repeated purchases of the same champion outcome count as one qualifying entry.
Finals Night Prediction Compensation
Trade in the designated finals winner market and hold your position until settlement. If your prediction is incorrect, receive compensation equal to 20% of your actual net loss in that market, issued as a Prediction Markets Voucher.
Compensation is capped at 20 USDT per user and limited to the first 1,000 users, with a total prize pool of 10,000 USDT. Slots are allocated in order of trade completion. Slot availability is subject to the event page.
Full Journey Lucky Draw
Complete at least one valid prediction trade in each of the four stages—Play-In, Swiss, Knockout, and Final—to qualify for the lucky draw.
After the event, 100 users will be randomly selected to receive a reward worth 100 USDT each, from a total prize pool of 10,000 USDT. The reward asset and distribution format are subject to the information displayed on the event page.
Notes
Users must register for the event and meet the relevant task requirements to qualify for reward eligibility review. Only valid trades executed after registration, within the applicable task period, and in designated League of Legends event markets will count. Trades in other event markets are excluded.
Each prediction market’s trading deadline, settlement criteria, and settlement outcome are governed by the rules on its market page. An ongoing event does not mean all markets remain open for trading. Users should check each market’s trading deadline.
For Activity 2 (Trade to Unlock Tournament Stage Rewards), trading volume is allocated to periods based on order placement time.
Trading volume is calculated based on actual executed trade value. Unfilled orders, canceled unfilled orders, asset transfers, and other non-trading asset movements are excluded. Trades identified by the platform as abnormal will not count toward tasks or leaderboard calculations.
Leaderboard rankings and reward eligibility are verified separately. A top-100 ranking does not guarantee a reward; users must also meet the minimum Rift Power Point requirement for their tier. Rewards for users who fail to qualify and unclaimed ranking rewards will not be passed down or reallocated.
The eligible markets, usage rules, validity period, and treatment of proceeds for Prediction Markets Vouchers are subject to the voucher details and voucher page. A voucher’s face value is not directly withdrawable cash, and the full event prize pool should not be interpreted as cash rewards.
Leaderboard rewards and Extra Rift Rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the event ends, following verification of valid trades and user eligibility.
Whether a single trade can count toward multiple tasks, and whether rewards from this event can be combined with those from other events, is subject to the applicable rules on each event page.
Bulk account registration, the use of linked accounts to obtain rewards improperly, self-trading, coordinated wash trading, fabricated trades, market manipulation, and exploitation of system vulnerabilities are prohibited. Gate may review account and trading data and disqualify offending users, invalidate their results, and cancel their rewards.
If a tournament or prediction market is canceled, postponed, closed early, or subject to abnormal settlement, the market will be handled according to its settlement rules. Related event data and reward arrangements will follow announcements on the event page. Displayed data may be delayed; final results are based on verified valid data.
Users must comply with Gate’s User Agreement, Prediction Markets product terms, and the applicable requirements of their jurisdiction. Certain products or this event may be unavailable in some regions, subject to Gate’s actual service availability.
