Regarding discrepancies between the withdrawal amount of tokenized stocks and the amount displayed by the receiving party, the relevant holding display and deposit/withdrawal conversion rules are explained below:

I. Holding Amount Display and Measurement Basis

Gate tokenized stock holdings on the platform will be uniformly displayed as the quantity after applying the asset adjustment coefficient (Multiplier) (UI Amount). Each unit displayed on the platform corresponds to the price exposure of 1 share of the underlying stock, but does not represent direct ownership of the stock or entitlement to shareholder rights.

The conversion relationship between the quantity displayed on the platform and the Onchain raw token quantity is as follows:

Platform Display Quantity (UI Amount) = Onchain Raw Quantity (Raw Amount) × Adjustment Coefficient (Multiplier)

When tokenized stocks are subject to stock splits, reverse splits, asset rebalancing, dividends, or other events, Gate will process them according to the issuer's rules and relevant data, and reflect the corresponding adjustments in the platform holding amount.

II. Deposit and Withdrawal Amount Conversion

For tokenized stocks subject to the above mechanism, Gate will convert deposit and withdrawal amounts based on the Multiplier of the corresponding asset:

  1. Deposit: Platform Credited Amount = Onchain Deposit Raw Amount (Raw Amount) × Multiplier.

  2. Withdrawal: Actual Onchain Transfer Amount (Raw Amount) = (Withdrawal Amount Submitted by the User - withdrawal fee) / Multiplier. The submitted amount and fee are both calculated based on the platform display quantity.

For example, assuming an asset has a Multiplier of 1.1 and a withdrawal of 11 tokens is submitted, excluding fees, the actual raw amount transferred Onchain will be 10 tokens.

III. Differences in Amounts Displayed by the Receiving Party

Different wallets, block explorers, or receiving platforms may use different display standards. Some display the raw amount, while others display the amount adjusted by the Multiplier. Therefore, there may be numerical differences between the Gate withdrawal amount and the amount displayed by the receiving party. Differences caused solely by the above conversion and display standards do not represent asset loss or additional fees.

When checking deposit and withdrawal records, please pay attention to the Multiplier of the relevant asset, the withdrawal fee, and the display rules of the receiving party. If you have any questions, please contact Gate Official Customer Support for assistance with verification.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
