Gate Simple Earn Adds USD1, Offering Up to 8.16% APR

Starting at 06:00 (UTC) on September 23, 2026, Gate Idle Funds Earn will add support for USD1. Users holding USD1 in their Trading Account (Spot Account) or Futures Account can activate Idle Funds Earn with one click to automatically earn yield, with an APR of up to 6.8%.
Users who meet the Futures Trading volume requirements can also enjoy a 1.2x APR bonus, raising the maximum APR to 8.16%.
This USD1 Idle Funds Earn campaign is jointly launched by Gate and World Liberty Financial (WLFI).

Campaign Details

Distribution Rules

1. The current APR for USD1 Idle Funds Earn is 6.8%, including:
   • 1.5% interest APR distributed in USD1;
   • 5.3% additional reward APR distributed in WLFI.
2. The actual APR will be adjusted dynamically each day based on the remaining reward budget for the month and the platform's total effective USD1 holdings. Please refer to the real-time display on the campaign page.
3. Earnings will be automatically distributed to users' Trading Accounts (Spot Accounts) on T+1, with no manual claim required.
4. Institutional verified users are currently not eligible to participate in this product.

Futures Trading Bonus

1. Users with Futures Trading volume of at least 150,000 USD1 in the past 30 days can receive a 1.2x APR bonus. The bonus applies to eligible USD1 holdings in users' Futures Accounts, and the additional annualized rewards will be distributed in WLFI.
2. Each user can receive the 1.2x bonus on up to 500,000 USD1 in effective holdings. Any amount exceeding this limit will be calculated at the current 6.8% APR, with the maximum APR after the bonus reaching 8.16%.
3. Futures Trading volume, bonus eligibility, and effective holding limits are subject to the platform's calculation results.

Snapshot Mechanism

1. Idle Funds Earn uses a daily average balance snapshot mechanism to calculate eligible USD1 balances in users' Trading Accounts (Spot Accounts) and Futures Accounts.
2. USD1 borrowed through lending pools is considered non-owned funds and will not be included in the effective balance.
3. If users activate both HODL & Earn and Idle Funds Earn, eligible USD1 balances will be included in Idle Funds Earn yield calculations and will no longer receive HODL & Earn rewards.

USD1 HODL & Earn will end soon. The specific end date will be announced separately.
To continue earning yield on your USD1 holdings, please activate Idle Funds Earn promptly. Once activated, eligible USD1 will automatically be included in yield calculations, with no subscription, swap, or lock-up required.

What Is Idle Funds Earn?

Idle Funds Earn is a stablecoin idle-fund growth service launched by Gate. After users activate it, the system takes daily average balance snapshots of eligible stablecoins, including USDT, USDC, and USD1, in Trading Accounts (Spot Accounts) and Futures Accounts, and automatically generates low-risk finance returns based on effective balances.
Idle Funds Earn's underlying returns mainly come from low-risk financial products such as U.S. Treasuries, money market funds, on-chain Staking, and RWA. The platform bears the principal-protection risk for users and regularly publishes transparency reports on underlying assets. After manual activation, users do not need to subscribe or swap into other assets every day. Their original stablecoins remain in their accounts and can be used for trading at any time.

   After activating Idle Funds Earn, eligible stablecoins in your account, including USDT, USDC, and USD1, can automatically earn yield without manual subscription or swapping into other assets. The current maximum APR is 8.16%, and the actual yield will be adjusted dynamically based on market conditions.

2. Keep Funds Available for Both Trading and Yield Earning
   Idle Funds Earn does not require lock-up. Your original stablecoins remain in your Trading Account (Spot Account) or Futures Account and can be used for trading as usual, allowing you to earn yield while maintaining fund flexibility.

3. Daily Automatic Snapshots and Automatic Yield Distribution
   The system automatically calculates the Available Balance of eligible stablecoins each day and calculates earnings accordingly. Snapshots are completed on T, and earnings are calculated and automatically distributed to your Trading Account (Spot Account) on T+1, with no manual action required throughout the process.

4. Continuously Expanding Use Cases and Improving Capital Efficiency
   Idle Funds Earn will continue expanding use cases across the platform, enabling yield-generating assets to meet more trading and asset management needs while further improving capital efficiency.

5. High-Quality Underlying Asset Support
   Idle Funds Earn returns mainly come from low-risk financial products such as U.S. Treasuries, money market funds, on-chain Staking, and RWA. While maintaining fund flexibility, it provides a relatively stable source of returns for idle stablecoins in your account. The platform bears the principal-protection risk for users and regularly publishes transparency reports on underlying assets.
