Gate Announcement on Dividend Settlement for CRM and HPE Perpetual Futures

Gate will settle dividends for the CRM (Salesforce, Inc.) and HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company) USDT-M Perpetual Futures at a USD : USDT ratio of 1 : 1, based on the officially announced dividend distribution plans.

Details are as follows:

Settlement Rules

Gate will settle based on users' net positions after offsetting their long and short positions in the CRMUSDT and HPEUSDT Perpetual Futures as of 08:00 (UTC) on September 17, 2026:

• Net long positions: Receive the corresponding dividend payment, settled to your account as a funding fee;

• Net short positions: Pay the corresponding dividend, deducted from your account as a funding fee;

• Net position of 0, or no relevant position held at settlement: not included in this settlement;

• Dividend Payment Calculation: Dividend Payment = Net Position Quantity × Contract Multiplier × Dividend per Share;

Important Reminder: Users holding short positions should check their account balance in advance. Related deductions may affect the account balance and margin ratio. Please ensure sufficient margin to avoid liquidation due to insufficient margin.

Important Notes

1. This dividend payout applies only to users holding the relevant positions at the settlement time of September 17, 2026, 08:00 (UTC). It will be settled as a funding fee, calculated separately from the regular daily funding fee, and will not affect the standard fee rate. If you do not wish to participate, close your position before the time specified above.

2. CRMUSDT and HPEUSDT are derivative contracts. This settlement is a value adjustment at the contract level and does not mean that users have shareholder rights or receive direct dividends from the underlying companies. The specific dividend amount and settlement execution will be subject to the underlying companies' official information and Gate's final announcement. If the dividend plan changes, the settlement will be adjusted accordingly.
