US Stock Zero Fee Fest, Zero Fee Era Begins, Win Up to 2,500 USDT

During the campaign, users can trade U.S. stocks without paying Gate platform trading fees and unlock multiple USDT rewards through net deposits, cumulative trading volume, and successful referrals.
Users can earn up to 900 USDT from the deposit and trading task, win up to 1,500 USDT from the trading leaderboard, and receive 10 USDT for each successful referral. All three rewards can be combined, allowing each user to earn up to 2,500 USDT.

About Zero-Fee U.S. Stock Trading

Users trading U.S. stocks and ETFs in the Gate Stocks section can enjoy:

How to Participate

1. Log in to Gate and click “Join Now” on the campaign page.
2. Complete identity verification and enter the Gate Stocks section.
3. Deposit USDT and trade eligible U.S. stocks or ETFs.
4. Complete the net deposit and cumulative trading-volume tasks to receive the corresponding rewards.
5. Accumulate U.S. stock trading volume and compete on the leaderboard.
6. Invite friends to register and complete their first U.S. stock trades to earn additional referral rewards.

Activity 1: Meet the Deposit and Trading Requirements to Earn Up to 900 USDT

During the campaign, eligible new users who meet the required net deposit and cumulative stock trading-volume thresholds can receive the corresponding USDT-equivalent stock rewards.
The total prize pool is 30,000 USDT. Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Reward Rules

1. Users must meet both the net deposit and cumulative stock trading-volume requirements for the corresponding tier.
2. Each user may receive only the highest-tier reward they qualify for. Rewards from multiple tiers cannot be combined.
3. If a user’s net deposit and trading volume qualify for different tiers, the reward will be based on the highest tier for which both requirements are met.
4. Net deposit is calculated as eligible external deposits minus external withdrawals during the campaign.
5. Users who do not meet both requirements within the campaign period will be considered ineligible for the reward.

Activity 2: U.S. Stock Zero-Fee Trading Leaderboard, Share 5,000 USDT

During the campaign, users who complete eligible U.S. stock and ETF trades in the Gate Stocks section can participate in the cumulative trading-volume leaderboard.
After the campaign, the top 100 users by cumulative stock trading volume who meet the corresponding minimum trading-volume requirements can share a 5,000 USDT-equivalent stock prize pool.

Leaderboard Rules

1. Rankings are determined by users’ cumulative eligible stock trading volume during the campaign, from highest to lowest.
2. Stock trading volume equals the executed buy amount plus the executed sell amount, converted into USDT.
3. Users who enter a ranking range but fail to meet its minimum trading-volume requirement will not receive the corresponding reward.
4. If there are fewer eligible winners than the number of available positions, undistributed rewards will not be rolled over or redistributed.
5. If two or more users have the same trading volume, the user who reached that volume earlier will rank higher.
6. Final trading volume, rankings, and rewards are subject to Gate’s backend records.

Activity 3: Invite Friends to Trade and Earn 10 USDT per Referral

During the campaign, users can invite new users to register with Gate through their exclusive referral links. A referral will be considered valid when the invited friend completes identity verification and at least 5,000 USDT in cumulative U.S. stock trading volume.
For each eligible new user successfully invited, the inviter will receive a 10 USDT-equivalent stock reward. Each inviter can receive rewards for up to 10 valid referrals, for a maximum total reward of 100 USDT.
The total prize pool is 15,000 USDT. Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Valid Referral Requirements

The invited friend must meet all the following conditions:

1. Register with Gate through the inviter’s exclusive referral link during the campaign.
2. Complete identity verification.
3. Complete at least 5,000 USDT in cumulative U.S. stock or ETF trading volume.
4. Be a genuine new user registering with Gate for the first time.
5. Each invited user may contribute a reward to only one inviter.

Eligible invited users may also participate in the deposit and trading rewards and the U.S. stock trading leaderboard.

Data Calculation

Net deposit equals eligible external deposits minus external withdrawals during the campaign.
The following fund movements will not count toward net deposits:

• Internal transfers between Gate accounts
• Transfers between main accounts and subaccounts
• Internal transfers between different trading accounts
• Campaign rewards, red packets, or system-issued assets
• Circular deposits, fraudulent deposits, or abnormal fund movements

Stock Trading Volume

Stock trading volume equals the executed buy amount plus the executed sell amount, calculated in USDT equivalent.
Unfilled orders, canceled orders, stock transfers, changes in position value, dividends, and other non-trading asset movements will not count toward trading volume.

Terms and Conditions

1. Users must register on the campaign page and complete identity verification to qualify for campaign rewards.
2. Activity 1 is available only to new users identified as eligible on the campaign page. Eligibility for Activities 2 and 3 is subject to the campaign page.
3. Zero fee refers only to Gate platform trading fees. It does not mean that no other charges may apply. Third-party settlement fees, regulatory fees, and ADR custody fees may still be charged.
4. Eligible assets, regions, account types, and the effective period of zero-fee U.S. stock trading are subject to the Gate Stocks section and the official fee schedule.
5. Each user may receive only the highest eligible tier reward from Activity 1. Leaderboard and referral rewards may be combined. The campaign’s total prize pool is 50,000 USDT and will be distributed as USDT-equivalent stocks to users’ Gate stock accounts.
6. Campaign rewards will be distributed to eligible users’ accounts within seven business days after the campaign ends and the review is completed.
7. Referral rewards apply only to genuine new users who register through the inviter’s exclusive referral link and complete the required tasks.
8. Bulk account registration, self-referrals, wash trading, self-trading, matched trading, circular deposits, fraudulent transactions, and exploitation of system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited.
9. Multiple accounts associated with the same identity information, device, IP address, or payment account may be treated as one participant. Subaccounts may not participate separately.
10. API users, market makers, corporate accounts, institutional accounts, and restricted accounts are not eligible for this campaign.
11. Gate reserves the right to review abnormal transactions, referrals, and fund movements and to revoke the eligibility and rewards of users who violate the rules.
12. Stock services may be restricted by the laws and regulations of a user’s jurisdiction. Users in restricted regions may be unable to access some or all services.
