Registration Bonus: 50 Lucky Winners Receive $100 in NVDAG Each

During the event, users who register will qualify for the lucky draw. After the event ends, 50 eligible users will be selected at random, with each receiving $100 in NVDAG. Total registration bonus pool: $5,000 NVDAG.

Event 1: Invite Friends to Try Stocks and Earn Up to $30 in NVDAG

During the event, invite friends to register through your exclusive referral link. A friend will count as a valid referral after reaching 200 USDT in cumulative trading volume in the Gate Stocks section. For each valid referral, the inviter will receive $3 in NVDAG, credited instantly. Rewards are calculated for up to 10 valid friends per inviter, allowing each inviter to earn up to $30 in NVDAG. The total prize pool for Event 1 is $21,000 NVDAG. Rewards are distributed according to the time each friend qualifies, while supplies last.

Event 2: Trade Stocks, Earn Shares, and Split $50,000 in NVDAG

After completing Event 1, a friend will unlock one set of reward shares for every 2,000 USDT in cumulative stock trading volume completed during the event. After the event ends, inviters and friends will split the $50,000 NVDAG prize pool based on their respective proportions of valid reward shares.

• The friend receives 2 reward shares
• Each friend can unlock up to 10 sets of reward shares
• Reward shares generated by different friends under the same inviter can be accumulated

Individual reward = Individual valid shares / Total valid shares from all users × $50,000
Each user can receive up to $1,000 in NVDAG from Event 2. Any amount exceeding the individual reward cap will be returned to the prize pool and redistributed among other eligible users under the same rules.

1. Participants must click the “Join Now” button on the event page to register and complete identity verification to receive rewards. Registration and participation are currently unavailable in certain regions. Please refer to the event page for actual availability.
2. Only trading in the Gate Stocks section is eligible. Trading volume = buy volume + sell volume.
3. The total prize pool is $76,000 worth of NVDAG, distributed as token airdrops. Event 1 rewards will be credited instantly. Registration bonuses and Event 2 rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends. Event 2 rewards worth less than $1 after distribution will not be issued.
4. Invited users must register through the inviter’s exclusive referral code to count toward rewards.
5. Bulk account registration, malicious volume manipulation, self-buying and self-selling, wash trading, and other cheating behaviors are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts under the same verified user will be treated as one account. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this event.
6. Market makers, corporate, institutional, broker accounts, and broker sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this event.
7. If a user participates in multiple referral events held during the same period, rewards cannot be claimed repeatedly. The user may only claim rewards from one referral event.
8. Referrals are invalid if the inviter, invited user, and the user’s own account share the same IP address. Users are not allowed to invite themselves through multiple accounts. Once verified, all rewards will be canceled.
9. If there is any discrepancy between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
10. Due to changes in market conditions, fraud risks, and other reasons, Gate reserves the final right of interpretation for this event.
