Gate Announcement on the Completed Dividend Distribution for 84 Stocks, Including Alibaba (BABA)

Alibaba (BABA) and 83 other U.S. stock assets have announced their cash dividends for the current period. Gate will distribute the corresponding USDT-equivalent dividends to users who held the relevant stocks at the snapshot time. The entire process is automated, and no action is required from users.
This dividend distribution covers eligible U.S. stock assets with company payment dates from July 13 to July 17, 2026. It includes stocks and ETFs across technology and semiconductors, financial services, energy, consumer goods, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, REITs, utilities, materials manufacturing, and strategy ETFs. Representative assets include Alibaba (BABA), Intuit (INTU), Thermo Fisher Scientific (TMO), and American Tower (AMT).

Distribution Rules

• Using Alibaba (BABA) as an example, the dividend for this period is $1.03 USD per share and will be distributed in the USDT equivalent.
• For details of all stock dividends in this period, please refer to the table at the end of this announcement.
• Withholding tax: 10%
• Actual amount received = Holdings × Dividend per share × 90%

Distribution Details

After receiving the funds from the custodian, Gate will automatically distribute them to users’ Spot Accounts. Users can view the details in their account funds flow. As the funds must be processed by the custodian before distribution, the actual crediting time may be later than the official dividend payment date of the relevant stocks.
Due to differences in tax deductions, market rules, upstream broker, custodian, and clearing institution procedures, the final amount credited to your account is subject to the actual amount received and the information displayed on the platform.
