Pre-IPOs Mechanism Explanation
After the subscription is completed, the asset certificates will be unlocked and distributed in 3 phases, entering the Pre-Market trading phase. After the target company's IPO lock-up period, any holder can use the Exclusive Page to convert them to stock assets or tokenized stocks, or to USDT based on the stock's real-time market price after actual listing, in order to exit the investment.
As the underlying enterprise has not yet been publicly listed, pre-market trading uses a temporary trading symbol and corresponding total supply. Upon listing, adjustments will be made according to actual circumstances.
