Adjustments for the CRWD (CrowdStrike) Stock Split

According to official market announcements, CRWD (CrowdStrike) will soon complete a stock split. Gate will also support and carry out this stock split adjustment. The specific arrangements are as follows.

Perpetual Futures

1. On July 1, 2026, at 03:30 (UTC), Gate will adjust the CRWDUSDT futures trading market to reduce-only mode.
2. On July 1, 2026, at 04:00 (UTC), Gate will automatically settle futures positions at the average index price of the half hour before futures trading stops. Any unfilled orders will be automatically canceled. If you have positions in the aforementioned futures market, please adjust your strategy in advance and close all positions before July 1, 2026, 04:00 (UTC); otherwise, they will be automatically settled. If you have open positions in the futures market, please adjust your strategy in advance.
3. On July 2, 2026, at 14:00 (UTC), Gate will relist the CRWDUSDT perpetual futures market, with the price pegged to the stock price after the stock split.

CFD

1. On July 1, 2026, at 20:00 (UTC), CRWD CFD trading will be suspended. During the suspension, the platform will cancel all open orders. The system will automatically execute the stock split according to the corresponding ratio, and your share quantity and position cost price will be adjusted proportionally.
2. On July 2, 2026, at 13:30 (UTC), CRWD CFD will resume normal trading at the adjusted price. Please note that the actual tradable time may be adjusted based on actual conditions; the platform's final opening time shall prevail.

Stock

1. On July 2, 2026, at 06:00 (UTC), CRWD stock will be suspended from trading, and the platform will simultaneously cancel all pending orders. The system will automatically process the stock split based on the corresponding ratio, and the number of shares you hold as well as your average cost price will be adjusted proportionally.
2. On July 2, 2026, at 08:00 (UTC), CRWD stock will resume normal trading at the adjusted price after the pre-market phase begins. Please note that the actual tradable time may be adjusted based on actual conditions; the platform's final opening time shall prevail.
