The plan status may change as your Security Score changes.
After activation, the plan enters the Security Hardening period, during which protection is not yet active. Protection takes effect after your Security Score remains at 80 or above for 30 consecutive days.
If your Security Score falls below 80, the Protection Plan will be suspended. If it returns to 80 or above within 48 hours, the plan will re-enter the Security Hardening period.
Only qualifying events that occur in this status are eligible to apply for reimbursement. Refer to the reimbursement rules for details.
If your Security Score has not returned to 80 or above after the 48-hour suspension period, the plan will end. After reactivation, the plan will enter the Security Hardening period again.
Reimbursement applications must meet the following requirements and be submitted within the specified time.
The plan must be in "Protection Active" status when the event occurs.
