In short: the post says a Coldcard hardware wallet firmware bug from March 2021 is being actively exploited, and the damage has grown to about 1,367 BTC (~$88.6M) stolen from 4,585 addresses across three attack waves.
The key issue is that some wallets generated seeds with a predictable software randomizer instead of proper hardware randomness, which means attackers can recreate possible wallet keys offline and drain funds without touching the device.
