$HOT This lesson cost me a real loss of 8,000 U, and now the market has taught me another one. Last year I got trapped chasing the top, and my account shrank from 23,000 to 15,000. Watching the candlesticks drop one after another was a feeling I really don’t want to experience again.

Today $HOT is trading at 0.0004, up 21.97% in 24 hours, with a high of 0.0005, a low of 0.0003, and a trading volume of 102.9 million. These numbers are interesting—the trading volume is over 100 million, but the price is still hovering around 0.0004. What does that tell us? There’s been plenty of turnover, with a major reshuffling of holders in the 0.0003–0.0005 range. I looked back at my own losing trades: last time, chasing pumps and panic-selling did me in. With the data in front of us this time, we need to look at it the other way around.
Here’s the plan: don’t chase at the current price of 0.0004. Wait for a pullback to the 0.00035–0.00036 range and buy in batches. Keep the position below 15% of total funds and enter in three orders. Set a stop-loss below 0.0003—that is, exit if it breaks below the 24-hour low. The potential loss is about 14%, which is acceptable. Take profits in two stages: first target 0.00048, sell half; second target 0.00055, sell all. If it breaks above 0.0005 on a surge in volume and trading volume continues to rise, you can keep a 20% core position to follow the trend, but move the stop-loss up to 0.00042 to protect your capital.
My token-picking rule is simple: trading volume must exceed 50 million U. $HOT hit the mark today with 100 million. Timing is even simpler—don’t chase the day after a huge rally; wait for a low-volume pullback. After a 22% jump today, there’ll probably be profit-taking tomorrow. No need to rush.
My account, which took that real 8,000 U loss, is still sitting on the exchange. I haven’t deleted it. Every time I feel like going all in, I take a look. I’m recovering this time by not chasing highs, waiting for pullbacks, and sticking to strict stop-losses. $HOT I’ve placed orders for this trade according to the plan above. If you want to follow, size your position carefully—don’t repeat the same mistakes I’ve already made. Follow me; I’ll post screenshots of my live trades when the pullback reaches the target. #每周来晒 #Gate广场中秋团圆局
