U.S. stocks and Bitcoin both plunge! $76k becomes a key test: another wave of crashes or a desperate comeback?
The market’s latest plot twist is pretty intense: U.S. stocks fell, and Bitcoin fell too. With U.S. stocks unable to stabilize, it’s naturally hard for Bitcoin to carry the banner for a rebound on its own.
On November 5, the Nasdaq fell 5.52%, the S&P 500 fell 4.36%, and the Dow fell 3.44%. Bitcoin dropped about 6%, briefly falling below $76k, wiping out most of the gains from the day after the election.
Many investors are starting to wrestle with the question: should they run now, or buy?
In fact, Bitcoin’s performance around $76k is worth watching closely, but one price level alone isn’t enough to judge whether the market has bottomed.
There are three signals worth watching next.
First, whether U.S. stocks can stop their consecutive declines, especially whether technology stocks show signs of stabilizing.
Second, whether Bitcoin can regain a foothold in an important price range and avoid continued panic selling.
Third, whether trading volume and market sentiment improve, to determine whether a rebound has staying power.
If these signals gradually improve, the market may see a recovery.
But if U.S. stocks continue to weaken, Bitcoin could still fall further.
The most important thing now isn’t guessing whether prices will rise or fall tomorrow, but managing position sizes and keeping cash on hand.
After all, bottom-fishing takes courage, but staying alive until the next market cycle takes even more wisdom!#Gate股票畅聊季
