U.S. stocks and Bitcoin are in the same boat this time: one is flashing green across the screens, while the other is leaving investors baffled.
On November 5, the Nasdaq plunged 5.52%, the S&P 500 fell 4.36%, and the Dow Jones dropped 3.44%. Bitcoin fell about 6% in tandem, briefly dipping below $76,000 intraday.
The post-election rally from the previous day was almost completely erased overnight.
Some see this as a buying opportunity, while others are already considering reducing their positions. Whose judgment is more reliable?
In fact, the most dangerous time in the market is often not when prices are falling, but when investors lose their ability to make sound decisions.
If U.S. stocks continue to weaken, institutions may further reduce their exposure to risk assets, which could also affect Bitcoin.
But if this is only a short-term sentiment shock and the market gradually stabilizes after the sell-off, quality assets may also present new allocation opportunities.
I believe that rather than guessing the bottom, it is better to watch the market in stages. Those already heavily invested should prioritize risk management, while those holding cash need not rush to buy the dip all at once.
Remember, a true expert doesn't buy at the absolute bottom every time; they make sure a bad purchase doesn't get them wiped out by the market!$AMD
