Yesterday, investors were celebrating the rebound. Today, the market slapped them in the face! Should U.S. stock investors wake up?
Sometimes the market is like an unreliable relationship: yesterday it was all passion and warmth, and today it leaves you questioning everything.
On November 5, all three major U.S. stock indexes fell, with the Nasdaq plunging 5.52%, the S&P 500 falling 4.36%, and the Dow dropping 3.44%. Bitcoin also fell about 6%, briefly dipping below $76k. Almost all of the post-election rebound was wiped out.
This is a wake-up call for investors: a short-term rise doesn’t mean the trend has reversed, and a one-day rebound doesn’t prove the market is safe.
In this kind of market, the easiest mistake to make is trading emotionally. Chasing highs when prices rise and selling at a loss when they fall, repeatedly buying high and selling low—only to realize in the end that you weren’t investing, but contributing trading fees to the platform.
What matters more now is watching for sustained signs of stabilization, while keeping positions under control and holding onto cash.
What investors should fear most isn’t missing one rebound, but being caught unprepared by a series of declines.
Do you think this market correction is a short-term shakeout, or has the market really turned?$MU #BTCETF资金持续流出
