I see a chart for AIN/USDT on the 1-hour timeframe showing a massive volatility event. The price is currently trading at 0.15062, up a significant +44.77% for the day, but this comes after a brutal drop from the 0.29 highs.
The chart tells a story of a "pump and dump" or a massive liquidation event. We saw the price peak near 0.29158 before a violent, vertical red candle crashed the price all the way down to a low of 0.09677. Since that capitulation, the market has entered a consolidation phase, slowly grinding upward in a recovery attempt. The price is currently battling the MA5 (yellow line) and MA10 (green line), trying to hold above these short-term moving averages to sustain the bounce.
On the far right, we are seeing a series of small-bodied candles (Doji-like) with wicks on both sides. This indicates indecision and a compression in volatility after the recent storm. The price is essentially coiling up, trying to find a solid floor around the 0.14-0.15 level before the next move.
Trading plan.
Given the high volatility, my plan is to wait for a confirmed breakout or a retest. I am looking for a 1-hour candle close above the recent local resistance around 0.16000 to confirm the recovery is real. Alternatively, if the price rejects here, I would look for a retest of the 0.14000 support area (near the MA10) as a potential entry zone, provided it doesn't break the 0.12000 floor.
My prediction.
I believe the asset will attempt to fill the "wick" left by the massive drop, but it will struggle to reach the previous highs. I predict a short-term range-bound movement between 0.13000 and 0.17000. If the buy volume (green bars) continues to increase, we could see a push toward 0.20, but the MACD on the bottom panel looks a bit flat, suggesting momentum is still recovering.
What trade plan I follow.
I am adopting a "Trend is Friend" approach but with strict risk management. I will not long here in the middle of the range. I will wait for a pullback to the MA10 (green line) to enter a long position, or a short position if the price fails to hold 0.14500 and drops below the yellow MA5 line. My stop-loss will be tight, placed just below the 0.13000 psychological support.
This is a high-risk, high-reward chart. The +44% gain looks impressive, but it is a recovery from a major crash, not a healthy uptrend. The market is consolidating. Neutral/Wait for now until the price breaks out of the 0.13–0.16 tight zone. Do not FOMO in at the current price.
