Looking at the daily (1D) chart, the price action is completely parabolic and detached from any normal moving average structure; after a long period of flatlining near the 0.023 level, a massive gap-up and consecutive massive green candles shot the price up to a high of 1.690, leaving the MA5 and MA10 far below at 1.439 and 0.879 respectively. The MACD is extremely bullish with the DIF (0.371) and DEA (0.222) surging upward, and the histogram is expanding, but the sheer verticality of this move—showing a +5691.66% intraday range—screams extreme volatility and a potential blow-off top.
The pattern is a classic "parabolic spike" followed by a potential bearish reversal signal; after the massive run-up to 1.690, the most recent candle is a red (bearish) candle closing around 1.390, suggesting the buying momentum has stalled and profit-taking has begun at these extreme highs.
Trading plan.
My plan is strictly to observe and avoid entering a position; if I were to trade this, I would wait for the market to open and look for a "dead cat bounce" or a consolidation phase, but I would not chase the price at 1.390. My strategy would be to set a tight stop-loss below the previous support level (around 1.300) if holding, or wait for a retracement to the MA5 (1.439) or lower to see if it holds as support, but the current risk-to-reward ratio is too dangerous for a new long entry.
I predict high volatility and a likely sharp correction or pullback; the price has moved too far too fast, and the gap between the current price (1.390) and the moving averages (like MA10 at 0.879) is unsustainable, meaning gravity will likely pull the price down toward the 0.800–1.000 range to fill the gap or test the MA10/MA30 levels, unless a massive news catalyst drives it higher.
What trade plan I follow.
I will follow a "wait and see" plan—no FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) chasing, no market orders during the closed session, and only consider a short-term scalp if the price retraces to a logical support level with volume confirmation after the market reopens.
Extremely High Risk / Avoid Chasing.
