BTC has climbed back to $76,000, and market sentiment is finally showing signs of a slight recovery. But here’s the question: Is this the start of a new rally, or just a breather on the way down?
I think it comes down to three signals.
First, trading volume. If volume picks up noticeably as the price rises, it means buying participation is improving.
Second, support. If BTC finds buyers when it retests the area around $76,000, bullish confidence may recover further.
Third, market sentiment. The rebound will be more promising if funds keep flowing in, rather than short-term money just coming in for a quick hit and then leaving.
Of course, we can’t ignore the risks. If the price falls back below around $75,000, the market could enter another period of consolidation or even a correction.
The awkward thing now is that bears don’t dare to go too short, while bulls don’t dare to go too long. They’re like two people politely yielding to each other at the elevator door.
