Tech Stocks Plunge: Is Buffett-Style Investing Back in Favor? Three Sectors Worth Revisiting!
As AI darling stocks plunge across the board, investors are finally remembering one thing: There are other options in the stock market besides tech stocks.
All 11 sectors of the U.S. stock market fell on Thursday, suggesting this is not simply a rotation within tech stocks, but a clear decline in overall market risk appetite.
If the market remains volatile, I’ll focus on three areas.
First, consumer staples. Demand is relatively stable, and corporate earnings may be less affected by economic fluctuations.
Second, healthcare. Demand for medical services and pharmaceuticals is relatively inelastic, but valuation and policy risks still warrant attention.
Third, utilities. Electricity demand is linked to data center growth over the long term, though financing costs also warrant caution in a high-interest-rate environment.
As for tech giants, I’m still willing to keep a long-term eye on companies with ample cash flow and strong competitive moats.
My investment logic is simple: In a bull market, you can chase speed; in a volatile market, it’s more important to focus on resilience.
After all, investing isn’t a 100-meter sprint. Only by making it to the next market rally do you have a chance to win the real grand prize! #每周来晒 and #美股史诗级抛售 $AMD
