This market move is interesting: BTC fell about 4%, while ETH dropped around 5.5%. The big brother is still trying to keep things steady, while the second brother has already hit the deck. Major coins like SOL and XRP also fell, and market risk sentiment clearly cooled.
ETH's larger drop suggests the market's risk tolerance for high-volatility assets is declining. But that doesn't mean ETH's fundamentals suddenly deteriorated, nor can we conclude from a single day's drop alone that capital has completely left.
What really needs attention is whether the ETH/BTC exchange rate continues to weaken, whether spot buyers are stepping in, and whether concentrated liquidations are occurring in the derivatives market. If all these indicators worsen at the same time, short-term pressure may not have fully eased yet.
Personally, I lean toward watching cautiously and not rushing to guess the bottom. The market loves to punish two kinds of people: those who don't dare buy after a drop, and those who fire all their bullets after even a small dip.
Do you think this ETH pullback is an oversold opportunity, or does the bubble still need to deflate further?$AMD
