$CSOPSAMSUNG2L Down nearly 24% in a single day, the price is now 4.3990. Who’s cutting losses, and who’s buying the dip?

The 24h high of 5.8990 was slammed straight down to 4.3220, with 7.3M in trading volume. This isn’t a pullback—it’s a chain reaction of leveraged positions blowing up. The chart is clear: there’s support around 4.32, but the rebound is weak. Funds are repeatedly testing below 4.4—a classic panic tail followed by a weak recovery. There’s just one driver: when the underlying weakens, 2x leveraged tokens are forcibly rebalanced, selling more as the price falls and creating a negative feedback loop. Sentiment is now skittish, and chasing shorts is riskier than buying the dip.
Here’s my plan, no ambiguity: Entry: scale in between 4.30 and 4.38; buy only on pullbacks, not rallies, and keep the initial position under 30%. Stop-loss: 4.25. A break below means rebalancing will keep driving the price down. Discipline first—don’t hold and hope. Take profit: first target 4.75, second target 5.05. At 4.75, take half off to lock in profits. Position size: no more than 50% of total holdings. Never go heavy on leveraged tokens—that’s a hard rule.
Don’t chase above 4.6—that’s just lifting the bags for those trapped at higher prices. And don’t assume it’s cheap just because it’s down 24%; 2x tokens suffer hidden decay, and hold them too long and you get hit from both sides. Short-term traders in the group, watch the 4.32 low closely: act only after it holds; if it doesn’t, stay out and watch. Swing traders should ignore this altogether—this asset isn’t suitable for holding overnight.
No trades outside the plan. #每周来晒

Initial position at 30%, total position at 50%—this risk management is more clear-headed than 90% of people

4.75 as the first target—this rebound expectation seems a bit conservative

Set a disciplined stop-loss at 4.25; if this level breaks, there’s really no reason to hold on

The rebalancing mechanism of leveraged tokens is a meat grinder; retail traders can't make sense of it at all

Holding a 2x token overnight? Unless you want to work for funding fees

A 7.3M trading volume triggered this drop, leaving long positions piled up like corpses.

Buying support at 4.32 is indeed weak, but the negative feedback is almost cleared out. I’ll place a limit order at 4.35 and see
