$APP These numbers look off. I watched the order book for three minutes: at 354, 24-hour trading volume hit 173.6 million, up 29.6%, but the low was 260.8—that means more than $100 of movement was absorbed today. Retail traders couldn't have done this.

Let me talk about my own trades. I entered around 272. What I was watching was three consecutive hourly candles closing above the moving average after volume picked up at the 260 bottom—a typical sign of major players buying back in. When it reached around 340, I sold half and have held the other half until now. Honestly, I feel a bit uneasy at 354, because 367 is today's high. The current price is only $13 below the high, but already more than $80 above my entry.
I see three possible explanations for this anomaly: first, major players are using positive news to push the price up and sell, with that wick at 367 testing selling pressure; second, a short squeeze in the futures market, with spot supporting the rally—I'd guess much of the 170 million in volume is leveraged money; third, someone is building a position ahead of a bigger move, with the 260–367 range serving to shake out traders. I lean toward the second explanation because the rally is too rapid to look like accumulation.
Here's a reference for trading: chasing the price now is too risky. Wait for a pullback to the 325–330 range and see if you can get back in, put the stop-loss below 310, and set 380 as the first take-profit target. Don't use more than 30% of your position; going all in with this kind of volatility is asking for trouble. I plan to sell another half of my remaining position around 370 and hold the rest until the daily close, then see how things look.
You don't see signals like this often—maybe a few times a year. $APP I'll be watching this move and will let the group know if anything changes. Follow me, and I'll be the first to call out the next unusual move. #Gate广场中秋团圆局

At 370, take another half off—a safer strategy is to keep a core position for later

I noticed that wick at 367 too; it really looked like a test of selling pressure

The shakeout between 260 and 367 was brutal enough

Second possibility +1: the short-squeeze sentiment is too strong
