558.57, 559.3, 3.89 million—three numbers side by side

Now $MSFT 558.57, up 5.06% in 24 hours
Just $0.73 below the 24-hour high of 559.3
I’ll call this move “coasting uphill”
It started with the 22:00 candle: 100,000 contracts, volume 3.69x average
Pushing 537.63 to 553.93 in one go
For the next 20 hours, price kept moving while volume steadily declined
The last candle was down to just 0.45x average volume
The foot came off the gas, but the car is still coasting
So don’t get on halfway up the hill; once the momentum runs out, it’ll slide
To make a move, one condition must hold: stay above 559.3 with volume back above average
Or wait for a pullback to the 554.85 MA20 without breaking below it
Neither condition holds now, and trading value is only 3.89 million

That “coasting uphill in neutral” metaphor is so vivid—the car keeps rolling even after you take your foot off the gas

3.89 million in trading volume is indeed a bit shaky; let's wait until it holds 559.3 before saying more

Getting in now is just betting on momentum; I'd rather wait for a pullback

After that 100k-contract pump, volume dried up—a classic bull-trap setup

If 559.3 fails to hold, there’s more room to the downside than the upside

The volume on the 22:00 candle was too abrupt; at just 0.45x average volume now, there's no way to absorb it

I’ve noted the MA20 level at 554.85; I’ll reconsider if it holds
