$HUT Down 22% in a day—anyone who touches it gets burned. It’s now at 49.52, after plunging straight from 66.98 to 49.16 in 24 hours, with 3.6M in trading volume. This isn’t a pullback; it’s capital rushing for the exits. I didn’t earn my reputation as Gate’s conscientious “stay-away” blogger for nothing. Today, I’d advise you to take your hand off the buy button.

The bearish case is rock-solid: a high-volume, long bearish candle on the daily chart, with a 22.65% drop wiping out everyone who bought in over the past two weeks. The 27% swing from 66.98 to 49.16 shows that the bulls couldn’t even mount a decent defense. Trading volume of 3.6M isn’t much for a halving-style crash, which means selling pressure hasn’t fully played out. Liquidity is paper-thin, and any bounce is just an escape window. If exchange net inflows also pick up on-chain, the next stop is around 45, where it may find support.
That said, advising caution doesn’t mean writing it off completely. If you’re still itching to take a stab at it, here are three hard-and-fast conditions: First, wait for the daily chart to print a low-volume doji or a long lower wick, with the price holding above 49 and no longer making new lows. Second, use only 5% of your total position to test the waters, and set a hard stop-loss at 48.80—if it breaks, exit unconditionally. Third, set the first take-profit target at 53.5 (the halfway point of today’s drop); take half off there and use a trailing stop-loss for the rest. Chasing the price, adding to your position, or holding through the loss—doing any of these today is just digging yourself a hole.
I have just one principle in this business: I’d rather miss an opportunity than make a mistake. I don’t know whether $HUT will bounce after this plunge, but I do know that only those who protect their principal will be in a position to wait for the next opportunity. If you want to see me break down high-risk tokens like this every day, follow me—I’ll test the waters for you first. Your choice now: A, wait for signs of stabilization before entering; B, buy the dip and bet on a rebound—comment A or B, and let’s see how many brave souls there are. #每周来晒

With 3.6M in trading volume and a drop this steep, the liquidity crisis is confirmed. Any rebound is an opportunity to get out

The three conditions have been noted, but people with itchy fingers will probably ignore them outright

Gate’s reputation for scaring off influencers is well-earned—anyone chasing $HUT at this point is an idiot

A long bearish daily candle has wiped out two weeks’ worth of positioning, with bulls simply giving up without a fight
