40 billion financing to buy NVIDIA chips! $SPCX yet crashed to 168—is the good news fully priced in, or is this a golden opportunity?

Bro, if you rushed in after seeing “40 billion in financing,” you should be kicking yourself right now.
SpaceX plans to raise $40 billion to buy NVIDIA chips, led by Apollo with Pimco participating. The credit rating is BBB, and the bonds can be bought by pension funds. The news is solid, but the stock price crashed from 176 to 168, while RSI1 fell to 14.67, indicating extreme oversold conditions. This is a classic case of buying the rumor and selling the news—the larger the financing, the greater the debt concerns, so the market dumped it first.
Looking at the candlestick chart: the current price is 168.45, hugging the lower Bollinger Band at 168.46; the MACD death cross is accompanied by expanding green bars, RSI. Resistance above is at 172-175.6, with support below at 168-165.
Gongming’s view:

The 40 billion is a long-term investment, but short-term debt pressure has overwhelmed the stock price first. However, with RSI at an extremely oversold level of 14, a rebound could come at any time. As long as 168 holds, there is a short-term opportunity.
Trading strategy:

Conservative traders should wait for a pullback to 165-167 to stabilize before going long.

Aggressive traders can open a small long position near the current price of 168.
