#ShareWeekly just delivered one of its strongest sessions of the week, closing around $154 after jumping more than 16% on September 18. The move came alongside Bitcoin reclaiming the $80K area, showing again how strongly MSTR can react when BTC momentum returns.

What makes this move interesting is the leverage in the structure. MSTR is not simply moving with Bitcoin on a one-to-one basis. During Friday's rally, the stock gained substantially more than BTC, which is why I treat MSTR as a higher-volatility Bitcoin exposure rather than as a normal technology stock.

Strategy's Bitcoin treasury remains the central part of the story. The latest filing reported 845,050 BTC, acquired for approximately $63.73 billion at an average cost of about $75,412 per BTC. The company also reported $5.1 billion in its USD reserve and around $1.3 billion in USD cash as of September 14.

One important update is that Strategy did not add or sell Bitcoin during the September 8–13 period. Instead, it repurchased about $139.3 million of STRC preferred shares. That means the next Bitcoin purchase update is something I would watch closely because renewed accumulation could become another catalyst for MSTR sentiment.

The latest BTC move also matters. Bitcoin pushed back above $80K, and MSTR amplified that move. The SEC's temporary relief for certain tokenized-stock trading venues was another factor behind Friday's broader crypto-linked equity rally.

From the chart, the immediate area I am watching is $154–$155. A sustained move above this zone would put $160 and then $165 into focus. If momentum continues with Bitcoin, $170 becomes another important psychological level.

But after a 16% session, I would not chase the candle blindly.

For me, the more interesting setup would be a controlled pullback toward the $148–$150 area followed by a reclaim, or a clean breakout above $155 with strong volume. If $150 fails, I would watch $145–$142 next, followed by the $136–$138 area.

Key levels:

Current area: ~$154
Immediate resistance: $154–$155
Next resistance: $160
Upside levels: $165 → $170 → $180
First support: $148–$150
Next support: $142–$145
Major short-term support: $136–$138
Breakout confirmation: Sustained move above $155
Breakdown warning: Loss of $136–$138

The biggest thing I would keep in mind with MSTR is that Bitcoin direction remains extremely important. If BTC continues holding above $80K, MSTR can maintain strong momentum, but if BTC reverses sharply, MSTR can also amplify the downside.

My approach would be staged rather than all-in: start small around confirmed support, add only after confirmation, and keep reserve capital for a deeper pullback. After such a large one-day move, protecting capital matters more than catching every dollar of upside.

MSTR is once again showing why it attracts traders during strong Bitcoin moves: BTC moves first, and MSTR can magnify the reaction.

Now I am watching whether Friday's breakout can turn into sustained support or whether the market needs a cooldown before the next move.
