‌ just went on a massive run, pumping over 27% to hit $0.22940. But the 4-hour chart is now showing signs of exhaustion.

Price is at $0.20909, still above all three EMAs (EMA5 at $0.20293, EMA10 at $0.19150, and EMA30 at $0.16884), so the trend is bullish overall. However, the last candle rejected hard from the $0.22940 high, and the MACD histogram is starting to flatten. That tells me the short-term momentum is fading, and a pullback could be coming.

If ARB breaks below the $0.2050 level, I expect a drop toward the EMA10 at $0.1915, then possibly $0.1800.

Trade Setup: Short ARB
Entry: $0.2080 - $0.2100
Stop Loss: $0.2250
TP1: $0.1950
TP2: $0.1850
TP3: $0.1750

Do you think ARB will continue its rally or is a pullback inevitable? Drop your thoughts below.

ARB’s 27% pump was indeed strong, but the 4h bearish divergence and shrinking volume suggest a decent chance of a pullback. I’ll place a short at 0.208 to test the waters.

Just shorted at 0.21, with an initial target of 0.195. A lot of late buyers are trapped at this level; a break below 0.2 will likely trigger a sell-off.

There are always a bunch of people calling for a short under this kind of technical analysis post, only for the price to pump even harder. I’ll stay on the sidelines until the direction becomes clear.

Don’t rush to short; altcoin season isn’t over yet. ARB ecosystem data has been quite stable recently, and a pullback to around 0.2 is an opportunity to add to your position.
