Friday Short-Term Analysis

Japan's central bank raised interest rates by 25 basis points today, yet the yen weakened across the board. Put simply, the market never trades merely on whether rates are raised, but on whether further hikes can follow and how quickly monetary policy will proceed in the future. If the market had already priced in the rate hike expectations, profit-taking may instead emerge once the hike is delivered.

Yesterday's U.S. stocks rally and today's Asian session surge have already shown that, after partially digesting the bearish sentiment, the market is displaying signs of an oversold rebound. The crypto market also broke strongly upward in early trading, with BTC's short-term resistance at 77,500 and ETH's at 2,465 already breached. If the European session rebounds, it is highly likely to drive the crypto market to continue catching up in the rebound. Daytime ETF net inflows are currently relatively strong, and BTC stabilizing above 77,000 is already a strengthening trend. Follow the trend and go long during the daytime session first, then look for an opportunity to go short when U.S. stocks open tonight.

Today's daytime short-term trading recommendation: Go long on BTC directly at the current price around 77,200, targeting 78,500, and 79,500 if it breaks through; delay shorting!#Gate股票永续合约覆盖数量行业第一 #日本央行加息至1.25%创31年新高
