Nvidia Is Just the Opening Act; the AI Industry Chain Is Recovering Collectively

If Nvidia’s 2.54% gain was merely a signal, then the simultaneous strength across AMD, ARM, Intel, SanDisk, Micron and other stocks is even more worthy of market attention. On September 17, AMD rose 6.36%, ARM rose 8.57%, Intel rose 7.67%, SanDisk rose 6.21%, Micron rose 5.5%, and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rose 3.14%.
This shows that investors’ focus is no longer just on “who can make the most powerful AI chip,” but on repricing the entire AI infrastructure cycle. GPUs provide computing power, CPUs handle general-purpose computing, memory supports data throughput, networking equipment connects clusters, while data centers, power and cooling determine whether computing capacity can ultimately be deployed. #Gate广场中秋团圆局 + #美股AI概念股全线反弹
Previously, concerns over AI infrastructure investment emerged after some AI industry figures called for slowing AI development and U.S. Treasury yields briefly surged, causing chip stocks to pull back significantly. But funds returned to the market this week, indicating that, at least for now, the market is not simply trading on the logic that “AI cooling off means the end of AI investment.”
More interestingly, some computing service providers have begun raising GPU cloud service prices, indicating that supply-demand dynamics remain in place. Nvidia has also continued to express positive views on AI demand.
Therefore, what is truly worth watching in this rebound is whether it gradually evolves from an “oversold recovery” into a “revaluation of the industry chain.” If trading volume, corporate orders and capital expenditures continue to support it, the AI sector’s story is far from over; if fundamental support is lacking, this rally may be nothing more than a sentiment-driven recovery.
