ARC’s mass exodus—a disaster caused by a livestream!
Data on DeFiLlama shows that Arc still had $64.35 million in trading volume on the 16th, but after appearing on livestream, it dropped directly to below $50 million on the 17th.
I have to ask: Was it really necessary to show your face?
I vaguely remember last year’s investigation by Twitter users into project teams’ locations. Many projects may have presented themselves publicly as having European, American, Hong Kong, or Singaporean backgrounds, while their actual locations showed up as places such as India.
This time, similarly, there has once again been concentrated discussion targeting Indian developers and Indian projects!
The main reason everyone is so hostile is that Indians have such a bad reputation, and everyone is afraid of being scammed again.
If one person says there’s something wrong with you, it may not necessarily be your problem. But if a whole group of people unanimously says there’s something wrong with you, that has to indicate a problem, right?
All I can say is that ARC completely botched what could have been a great hand.
