$ARB Just spotted some interesting movement on the Arbitrum chart. We’re seeing a nice +1.74% bounce, but the real story is the structure on the 1H timeframe.

Here’s what I’m seeing:
🔹 Trend Reclaim: Price is currently sitting at 0.16548, managing to hold above the MA30 (yellow line) at 0.16256. That’s a good sign for the short term.
🔹 The Squeeze: We’ve got the MA5 and MA10 converging right at price level. Usually, when MAs tighten up like this, a volatility spike follows.
🔹 Volume: 24h volume is decent (91M ARB), showing there is still interest here despite the chop.

My take: We need to flip that local resistance around 0.1679 into support to confirm a run back to the 0.174 highs. If we lose the yellow line, we probably retest the 0.158 range.

Keep an eye on this one. Layer 2s have been quiet, maybe it's their turn? 🤔

I reduced my position and will buy back after 0.1679 holds firmly. I’d rather earn less than get trapped at the top.

MA30 is a key dynamic support; if it breaks, the short-term trend is shot. It’s still holding on for now.

At 0.165, bulls and bears are sharply divided, and open interest is also rising. A directional move is likely to emerge soon.

24h volume is 91M, which is actually not high compared with the market cap; a genuine high-volume breakout would need to see 150M+.

The 1H structure looks decent, but the daily chart is still in a bearish alignment. Fine for short-term trading, but don’t hold for the long term.

I've seen this converging triangle too many times; false breakouts followed by real declines are fairly likely, so it's better to be cautious.

The yellow line held, but the rebound was only moderate. This pattern looks more like accumulation within a range than a direct rally.

The L2 narrative has been somewhat fatigued this year; the hype following the Cancun upgrade did not last, and ARB needs a new catalyst.

If ETH can hold at 2,800, the probability of ARB surging to 0.174 will be much higher; the correlation is still too strong.
