#美股加密概念股普跌 #Gate广场中秋团圆局 The crypto sector has crashed this time, suffering a major blow from definitive regulatory headwinds.
A procedural vote in the U.S. Senate rejected the Digital Asset Market Structure Clarity Act, the crypto industry's most important regulatory standardization bill of the year.
The bill was originally intended to clarify the regulatory jurisdiction, trading rules, and compliance standards for digital assets in the United States. Once implemented, it would have completely ended the industry's regulatory vacuum and paved the way for institutional compliance-driven entry and standardized industry development. The bill's failure means that standardized regulation of the U.S. crypto industry has once again been put on hold, leaving the industry in a prolonged state of regulatory ambiguity and policy uncertainty.
The negative news directly triggered a capital stampede:
Bitcoin plunged more than 4% intraday, touching its lowest level since June; Ethereum underwent a deep correction as well.
U.S. crypto-related stocks in the secondary market collapsed across the board: key names such as Coinb and Circle plunged more than 10%, while mining, crypto payment, and blockchain-related stocks all fell collectively, completely eliminating the sector's profit-making effect.
The capital flow logic is very clear: with regulatory implementation failing to materialize, expectations for large-scale institutional compliance-driven entry have cooled completely, damaging the industry's near-term growth outlook; combined with tightening global liquidity and declining risk appetite, high-volatility, high-beta crypto assets have become the primary targets of capital selling, further intensifying the short-term shakeout. $CRCL
