#ShareWeekly | Token of the Week: $XRP

XRP has an interesting setup right now.

The CLARITY Act failed its Sept. 15 Senate cloture vote, 49–50, so that near-term regulatory catalyst did not advance.

At the same time, U.S. spot XRP ETFs have continued to attract inflows, keeping institutional demand in focus.

Now the question is simple: can ETF demand keep XRP interesting without a fresh legislative catalyst?

What are you watching next?

Quick question: if the bill is reintroduced in Q4, can XRP break above its previous high, or is it already priced in?

ETF funds are still flowing in, showing that institutions are genuinely bullish. The bill’s failure to pass is indeed painful in the short term, but liquidity is supporting the price and preventing a collapse.

49–50, this vote… just one vote short. Feels like there’s still a chance to get back on the table before the end of the year.

Without regulatory tailwinds and relying purely on the ETF narrative, it’s really hard to say how far XRP can go in this move. I’ll first watch next week’s fund flows.

In this market, having ETFs provide support is already a show of strength; other alts don’t get that treatment.

CLARITY fell through, but Grayscale didn’t run; institutions are much calmer than retail investors—that’s the difference.
