WHEN THE MARKET IS UNCLEAR, I DON’T FORCE A TRADE.

Sometimes the best position is simply having capital ready for the next opportunity.

When I’m unsure whether BTC and the broader market are preparing for another leg up or a deeper pullback, I prefer keeping a meaningful portion of my portfolio in stablecoins.

My approach is simple:

→ Don’t chase green candles.
If the market runs without me, I’d rather miss part of the move than enter emotionally.

→ Keep dry powder.
Stablecoins give me flexibility to scale into positions if quality assets reach better levels.

→ Buy gradually.
Instead of deploying everything at once, I prefer splitting entries and adjusting based on price action.

→ Stay flexible.
If the market confirms a stronger bullish structure, I can gradually increase exposure. If weakness continues, I still have capital available.

For me, stablecoins aren’t just “money sitting on the sidelines.”

They’re optionality.

The goal isn’t to perfectly predict whether the next move is bullish or bearish. It’s to stay prepared for either scenario.

That’s where I’m currently putting my focus: preserving flexibility while waiting for clearer opportunities.

The term “dry powder” is used brilliantly—cash is essentially a call option.

I previously got trapped after forcing my way into a position. Now I’ve learned my lesson and would rather hold USDC and wait for a sell-off.

Steady as a rock—this is the wisdom gained from surviving several market cycles.

This mindset takes practice; many people say they’re waiting for a pullback, but can’t resist going all-in when they see a green candle😂
