Let's discuss two highly popular memes in Chinese-speaking crypto circles: Lobster and Niulai.
Just short it and it's over.
Lobster is currently trading at around $0.13‑0.14. This wave aggressively pumped it from 0.038, with the price hitting a high of 0.0987 before continuing to make new highs. Its 24-hour trading volume is huge, making this a short-term rally driven by heavy capital deployment.
The divergence at the highs is now very clear. A large number of holders who bought at lower levels are sitting on profits. Whether it can continue higher depends entirely on fresh outside buying. Once that buying fails to keep up, the pullback will come quickly. The key is to watch whether it can break above and hold the previous high on rising volume; the risk-reward ratio for chasing highs is already unfavorable.

Now let's look at Niulai. It is currently around $0.13 and is an older meme that had a previous run. The narrative-driven rally has already run its course, and there is heavy overhead supply from trapped holders.
At present, it is mostly following the sector's rebound and recovery, without a new narrative catalyst, so it will be difficult to replicate its previous major rally.
Unless community attention heats up again, it will mostly oscillate within a range. It is suitable for betting on a rebound with a small position, but not for building a large position in anticipation.

Both are purely sentiment-driven memes with no fundamentals and huge volatility. Be sure to manage risk in the short term.
Just short it and it's over!
