Crypto regulation has spent years being discussed like the biggest question is simply:
"Is crypto legal?"
That's not really the interesting question anymore you know
The most interesting question is Who gets to build what?
Because once you start drawing clearer lines around what counts as a security, a commodity, an exchange, a broker, a decentralized protocol, etc., the consequences go way beyond politicians writing definitions.
Think about what happens when a company finally knows what rules it is actually operating under.
Capital becomes easier to deploy.
Products become easier to build.
Institutions have more clarity around what they're allowed to touch.
And investors can start separating legitimate infrastructure from projects that were basically surviving inside regulatory uncertainty.
That's why I'm watching the CLARITY Act less as another crypto headline and more as a potential market-structure story.
The interesting part isn't just which token gets a regulatory label.
It's which parts of crypto become easier to build once the rules stop being so blurry.
And honestly, I think that could end up being much more important than the headline everyone is quoting today.
