Technical Breakdown Across Timeframes

1-Hour Timeframe (Short-Term Momentum): After dipping to a local trough of $1,104.92, ZEC staged a powerful recovery. The price has pushed above the short-term moving averages (MA5:1,193.16, MA10:1,179.07, MA30:1,159.41) with a bullish green candle spike. MACD histogram bars are shifting back into positive territory, confirming renewed short-term buying power.

Key Levels to Watch

Immediate Resistance: $1,229.28 (24h High) and $1,253.20 (Recent Peak). A decisive daily close above $1,253 could clear the path toward the $1,299 – $1,330 target zone.

Immediate Support: $1,175 – $1,180 (Confluence of MA5 and MA10 on lower timeframes).

Major Support: $1,104.92 (Recent swing low). Holding above this level keeps the bullish structure fully intact.

Trading Strategy Insights

For Traders: Look for confirmation of a breakout above $1,253 with volume expansion before opening aggressive long positions. Alternatively, waiting for healthy pullbacks toward the $1,175 - $1,190 support zone provides a safer risk-to-reward ratio.

Risk Management: Maintain strict stop-loss levels below $1,100 to protect against sudden market pullbacks.

ZEC’s rally from $466 has indeed been strong, but after repeatedly testing the $1,253 resistance level, a breakout without supporting volume could easily turn out to be a false breakout. I plan to wait for a pullback to around $1,180 before considering adding to my position, with a stop-loss below $1,100.

The rebound from $1104 has indeed been strong, but a parabolic rally is usually followed by a sharp pullback. I’ve set a hard stop-loss at $1100; if this level breaks, the bullish structure is invalidated, so I’ll exit immediately without hesitation.

$1253 failed to break through twice. The 4-hour structure is quite healthy, with higher highs and higher lows, but the daily deviation rate has become a bit too large. I reduced my position by half for the short term, and I’ll see whether the rest can break above the previous high on increased volume.
