$BTC Morning Market Outlook 📊

Bitcoin is showing short-term bearish pressure after breaking below the $77.8K–$77.5K support zone, which has now turned into resistance.

BTC briefly dipped toward $76.3K before rebounding, suggesting buyers are still defending the lower levels. However, the descending trendline remains intact, with both highs and lows moving lower.

🔹 Key Support: $76.8K–$76.5K
🔹 Potential Long Zone: $76.8K–$76.5K
🔹 Invalidation: Below $75.6K
🎯 Targets: $77.5K → $78.5K

The chart also shows a small M-top formation around $79.2K, with the measured retracement pointing toward the $76.5K area.

Liquidations remain a major factor: around $336M was liquidated over the past 24 hours, with longs accounting for roughly $270M. This heavy long liquidation could create room for a technical rebound, but confirmation is still important.

ETF flows are also worth watching as September begins, with reported spot BTC ETF net outflows adding another short-term risk factor.

My view: Don’t chase the move. If BTC holds the $76.5K–$76.8K area and shows a clear reversal, a light long setup could offer a rebound opportunity.

What do you think: $BTC rebounds from $76.5K or breaks lower? 👀

M-top + trendline resistance; with so many longs liquidated, the rebound is likely just a technical recovery. I don’t dare take a heavy position.

$270M in long positions liquidated, giving shorts fuel; the key is whether it can hold above $76.8K before pushing higher.

If $76.5K holds, it may indeed be worth trying a long, but the continued ETF outflows are somewhat discouraging. Better wait for confirmation signals.
