I’m watching $BTC for a short here.

BTC has already slipped below the rising trendline, and the bounce around $77.3K still looks weak. If price pushes back toward the broken structure and gets rejected again, that’s the area I’d rather sell than chase it lower.

Entry: $77,500–$77,850

Targets:
TP1: $77,000
TP2: $76,600
TP3: $76,400

SL: Above $78,100

For me, the broken trendline is the main clue. As long as BTC stays below it, sellers still have the edge. A clean reclaim above $78.1K would make me drop the short idea.

The first target at 77k should be reachable; watch the volume.

Shorting the rebound after breaking below the ascending channel is a classic play.

Rallies below the trendline are all paper tigers. Agreed.

BTC’s volatility has declined recently, making range trading much easier.

Placing the SL above 78.1K is relatively safer, allowing a buffer for a false breakout.

What does that Anthropic news have to do with the market? Is it just tagging for the sake of it?

The short-term outlook is clear, but the macro picture is still bullish, so I don’t dare take a large short position.

Is setting TP3 at 76.4k too optimistic? Let’s look at 76.6 first.
