📊 Stop Asking "Bullish or Bearish?" — Read the Structure

Bitcoin traders often make one mistake: they try to predict the next candle.
I prefer another question — what is the market structure telling me?
A simple framework:
🟢 Higher highs + higher lows = bullish structure
🔴 Lower highs + lower lows = bearish structure
⚠️ Breakout without follow-through = possible liquidity trap
The important part is confirmation. A candle breaking resistance doesn't automatically create a new trend — you want to see whether price can hold the breakout area afterward. That's where many traders get trapped.
The market doesn't reward the person who predicts first. It often rewards the person
who waits for confirmation.
Would you rather enter early or wait for confirmation?

Those who wait for confirmation earn money from certainty; those who guess the direction earn money from luck. My luck is bad, so I choose the former.

Structure is more reliable than predictions, but confirmation signals are often delayed—how can this be solved?

The term “liquidity trap” is all too real—I just got buried by a fake breakout last week.

This framework works well, but in a choppy market, all the structures are fake, which can easily drive you crazy.

That last line really hurt: I got the direction right, but my position was gone.

The market rewards patience, but my position doesn’t—I’ve already been liquidated twice.

I’m the “predict first, then wait for confirmation” type, and ended up getting punished from both sides.

Entering early gets wicked out; waiting for confirmation means missing the move. I choose sleep.

Confirmation finally arrived, and the risk-reward ratio has also gone to hell—this is the trade-off.

The chartists and forecasters have argued for ten years, but the ones who actually make money are those who follow execution discipline.
