Bitcoin Miners Just Got a Lifeline — But Here’s the Catch

BTC's recent rebound lifted the revenue miners earn for each unit of computing power. Hashprice moved from roughly $31.80 to $38.29/PH/s/day in just four days.

Higher miner income doesn't automatically mean miners will aggressively accumulate BTC.
The network is approaching 1 ZH/s, so competition is still enormous. And the mining industry is increasingly splitting into two models:
⛏️ Pure Bitcoin miners fighting for tighter margins
🤖 Mining companies converting power/data-center capacity toward AI and HPC
Recent reporting shows major miners are increasingly pursuing AI infrastructure as a second revenue stream.

Watch hashprice + hashrate + miner selling behavior together.
If hashprice rises while hashrate stays strong, that's a healthier signal than price alone.
If miner revenue improves but companies continue selling BTC to fund infrastructure, the benefit may flow more toward balance-sheet strength and capex than immediate BTC accumulation.

Is rising miner income bullish for Bitcoin — or simply giving miners more breathing room? 👇

The marginal profit of pure mining has been compressed to the limit.

Exactly. Hashprice can rebound, but if power costs and network difficulty keep rising, mining margins remain under pressure. The key is whether this relief can actually last.

Miners sell coins to fund AI infrastructure, putting pressure on BTC liquidity instead.

Data check: hashprice↑, hashrate→—only then is it a healthy signal.

The 1 ZH/s hashrate arms race ultimately leaves only those with low electricity costs standing.
