After such a wide performance gap, crypto is starting to look increasingly undervalued relative to other major asset classes.
The question is whether capital eventually rotates back into the sector.

This comparison is actually somewhat misleading: gold, silver, and copper are commodities, supported by industrial demand and central-bank gold purchases, while the Nasdaq is driven by earnings growth. Crypto is currently driven mainly by liquidity and lacks endogenous cash flow. It’s fair to say it’s undervalued, but a catalyst is needed for capital rotation back in, such as regulatory clarity or a new narrative. Otherwise, it could continue to move sideways with a gradual decline. Personally, I would keep some capital allocated but wouldn’t rush to make a heavy bet.

Historically, crypto’s bull and bear cycles have always involved major ups and downs. The fact that it is now lagging gold, silver, and copper by so much instead suggests that pessimism has reached an extreme. Once expectations of Fed rate cuts resurface and risk appetite recovers, BTC has a good chance of being the first to rebound. The key is to avoid high leverage and patiently wait while holding spot.
