Bitcoin's CVDD just crossed $49k.

Historically, this line has been the floor bulls defend and bears dream about. Every major cycle bottom 2015, late 2018/19, 2022 carved out right around a CVDD touch. Look at the chart: price and CVDD have converged four times in 12 years, and each time it marked capitulation, not continuation.

We're not there yet. Price is still floating well above the line. But the gap is closing, and history says it won't stay open forever.

I don't know what the catalyst will be macro shock, leverage flush, liquidity crunch but CVDD doesn't lie about where smart money eventually gets tested.

$49k isn't a prediction. It's a watchlist.

Let's wait until it actually reaches 49k before talking; calling for trades now is too early.

Honestly, whenever one of these “historical pattern” posts appears, I stay extra alert. All four CVDD meetings lined up with major bottoms, but you never know if this time will be the exception. 49k isn’t a prediction so much as a psychological anchor—if it really dumps that far, retail will have already sold out, and major players can scoop up the coins. DYOR, but don’t treat your watchlist as insurance.

CVDD is indeed a powerful indicator, but don't forget its lagging nature; by the time it actually reaches 49k, the spot market will probably have already bled too much. The key is whether you dare to buy.

This 49k level looks like the last line of defense, but historically it has always broken first before bouncing.
