The way Gate behaves is indeed ugly. Under the pretense of a name change, they first delist the tokens and then issue a delisting announcement. Coins cannot be traded until the delisting time arrives. What a perfect way to catch a turtle in a jar! When it comes to trading coins, it is advisable to choose a large platform.
