BTC has retested 65K, but for now I wouldn't call this a “full-market rebound.”

The reason is simple:

BTC is rising,

ETH is also relatively strong,

but many altcoins still haven't followed.

This shows that capital isn't broadly betting on high-beta assets right now, but is instead clustering in large-cap coins like BTC and ETH, which have better liquidity.

I think this is actually more worth watching than how much BTC rises.

A genuine bull-market rebound usually doesn't involve only the top two moving.

If BTC holds above 65K from here, while SOL, XRP, and the altcoin index all start strengthening in tandem, that would show that risk appetite has truly returned.

If BTC keeps rising while altcoins remain flat, I'd rather interpret it as:

Capital is seeking safety, not celebrating.

So at this point, I won't rush into small-cap coins just because BTC has posted one upward candle.

First, let's see whether capital broadens out.

BTC and ETH are moving together while altcoins lie flat. This divergence suggests money is seeking safety, not celebrating. Don’t rush to chase small-cap coins; first see whether SOL and others can catch up.

It’s pretty typical: risk appetite hasn’t returned, so funds can only crowd into non-cash-burning assets like BTC and ETH. A true bull market should see the leader pulling the second- and third-largest players along to share the gains, and we’re clearly not there yet.

No need to panic when BTC rises; if altcoins don’t move, there’s no fun.

BTC rises to 65K, and my first reaction isn’t to chase—it’s to wait. Wait for what? For the altcoin index, SOL, and XRP to strengthen together. If they’re still playing dead, this move is just a liquidity safe haven, not the start of a rotation rally.
