According to Foresight News, Hyperliquid's foundation has opened its non-validator nodes to peer access by infrastructure service providers, aiming to lower barriers to high-quality on-chain data. Admission criteria include: minimum 1-year operating history, 100+ active clients, coverage of at least 5 different networks or protocols, and no terminated partnerships in the past 3 months; 99.9% service availability; base pricing below $1,000 per month; automatic scaling capability; and prohibition of differentiated pricing for specific clients such as market makers. The foundation will offer bug bounty rewards to verified reports of pricing discrimination violations.
