SK Telecom Target Price Raised 13.6% by DB Securities; APR Reports 134% Revenue Growth in Q2

According to reports from South Korean brokerages on August 6, DB Securities raised SK Telecom's target price to 125,000 Korean won from 110,000 won, a 13.6% increase. Factoring in the company's estimated 4 trillion won stake in AI company Anthropic, the stock could rise an additional 34%, analysts said. SK Telecom's Q2 operating profit surged 67.3% year-over-year to 660 billion won, driven by strong 5G subscriber growth and AI data center business expansion.

Meanwhile, Shingyoung Securities upgraded APR's target price to 560,000 Korean won from 510,000 won. APR reported Q2 revenue of 767.5 billion won, up 134% year-over-year, with North American sales surging 265%. The company achieved five consecutive quarters of three-digit growth, with 11 products ranking in Amazon Prime Day's top 100 in the U.S. market.
