According to Bitcoin Magazine, Bitcoin Red Team discovered 85 critical vulnerabilities and 635 high-risk issues across 390 open-source code repositories on August 6. The team submitted 4,962 findings in 27.5 hours, averaging 2.31 critical or high-risk problems per hour. The security audit, funded by over 40,000 USD in AI tokens, utilized advanced models including Kimi K3, GPT Sol, Fable, Opus, and GLM 5.2, with costs covered by OpenSats. The team has established partnerships with OpenAI and Anthropic.
